Kids Zone

• Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
• Children aged 4 to 13 may enter without an accompanying adult.
• Children with additional needs must have an accompanying adult throughout their play session.
• The maximum permitted height is 160 cm.
• Please disclose any medical conditions or additional needs before entry so our team can provide appropriate support.

• Socks are required in the play area. Shoes must be left in the designated area; children and accompanying adults may not enter wearing shoes.
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the play area.
• Please empty your child’s pockets and remove accessories and valuables. Venue management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Toys, tools or devices that may pose a risk or obstruct use of the area are not permitted. Management may prohibit items that affect safety.

• Please present your purchase receipt when collecting your child.
• A ticket is assigned to one child and cannot be used for another child.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be used on another day.
• A parent or guardian must return promptly when requested by management or the child, and must update contact details if they change.
• If a parent or guardian cannot be reached, management will take appropriate steps to keep the child safe until they or an authorised collector arrive.

• Children and accompanying adults must follow safety rules and staff instructions.
• Management may refuse entry or end a visit without a refund if terms or safety instructions are breached, or if others or venue property are put at risk.
• Venue management is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse of play equipment or failure to follow instructions.
• In an emergency requiring medical attention, management may take necessary initial steps and contact the parent or guardian and relevant authorities as needed.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for accurate child and contact details, their child’s compliance with safety rules, and damage caused by misuse of facilities, play equipment or property. This does not limit the company’s responsibility for harm arising from its negligence or failure to fulfil its obligations under applicable Saudi Arabian regulations.

Photos or videos may be taken at the centre for documentation and marketing, and may be published online with consideration for visitors’ privacy. Please inform management in advance if you do not want your child to appear in media or marketing materials.
